Guest Service Driver – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Jumeirah Mallorca is seeking a professional Driver to join its Guest Services team. The role involves providing safe, punctual and luxurious transportation for hotel guests and staff across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests and employees to and from the airport, hotel facilities and requested destinations, ensuring a high‑standard luxury experience.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assist with luggage and provide local information as appropriate.
• Maintain the hotel’s vehicles in pristine condition, overseeing cleanliness, safety checks and presentation standards.
• Coordinate closely with Reception, Concierge and other departments to align transportation schedules with guest arrivals and departures.
• Deliver discreet, courteous service while representing the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a driver, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record and thorough knowledge of Mallorca’s roads and key destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and detail‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good level of English.
