H145M Support Prototype Mission Engineer

About the role

The role supports the Design Office in‑situ for the H145M helicopter prototype and delivery activities. You will be responsible for ground and flight test support, avionics problem analysis and crypto equipment handling, ensuring successful certification and customer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain Ground Test Orders (GTO) for avionic systems.
• Analyze avionics problems during ground and flight tests and coordinate technical assistance with system architects, SDRs or suppliers.
• Handle crypto equipment and manage crypto keys on helicopters.
• Support the Flight Test Department in defining and performing flight and ground tests, including communication tests at the Albacete Ground Station.
• Assist the Design Office with test execution for certification, qualification and investigations.
• Support the Flight Line during B‑TEST, maintenance and acceptance testing.
• Provide assistance to the Programs Office for customer‑specific test requests and investigations.
• Coordinate re‑tests after modifications or repairs and attend daily coordination meetings to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Telecommunication, Industrial or Electronic engineering.
• Experience in avionics systems integration testing on helicopters or rigs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Background in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Willingness to travel to Germany regularly and occasionally to France.
