Outstanding Works Management (Industrial Model)

About the role

Join the Operations team at Airbus Helicopters Spain and take a key part in the Industrial Model, gaining exposure to all product lines. You will work on‑site, managing and reporting on pending and out‑of‑sequence works until aircraft delivery, while collaborating with a multinational network of suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform active on‑site management and reporting of MCA pending and out‑of‑sequence works in relevant FALs up to aircraft delivery.
• Represent the front office for technical support on Non‑Conformity treatment and execute delegated activities from the Quality department.
• Act as the main interlocutor with subcontracted services, coordinating and prioritising tasks to meet customer needs, complemented by Airbus Helicopter missions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in manufacturing, work scheduling and team management.
• Proven customer orientation with a “welcome problems” mindset.
• Communicative, rigorous, resourceful, proactive and recognised as a great team player.
• Diverse academic and non‑academic background.
• Availability for an international secondment (3 years in Marignane, France).
• Effective communication in French and Spanish.
