HCP Meeting & Event Manager (FENIN)

About the role

Amex GBT is hiring a Fenin Grant & PGB Event Manager to manage educational grants and HCP-related meeting services for MedTech clients under the FENIN compliance framework. The role covers PGB platform management, HCP and small group logistics, sourcing, financial reconciliation, compliance reporting and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting operations using the PGB platform
• Coordinate workflows between clients, hospitals, HCPs and suppliers while meeting hospitality and transparency requirements
• Handle attendee services such as congress registrations, accommodation and transportation
• Prepare budgets, reconciliations, invoicing and financial reporting in PGB and internal GBT systems
• Sourcing, supplier management and logistics for national and international events, negotiating compliant rates
• Support annual KPMG/FENIN audits and keep detailed documentation
• Monitor timelines and approvals, liaise with stakeholders and suppliers, and provide event reporting and analysis

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of meetings and events management experience in the Health Sciences industry
• Experience managing HCP services under confidentiality and compliance restrictions in regulated environments
• Experience with congress registrations, attendee logistics, supplier coordination and financial reconciliation
• Understanding of transparency and hospitality compliance requirements
• Intermediate Business English and strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in regulated settings
