Head of Digital Product

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Digital Product to lead the integration of Nespresso’s global digital product and experience functions across its entire digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Strategy & Expansion, you will shape how customers, employees, farmers and other stakeholders interact with our digital channels, from e‑commerce and mobile apps to POS, order management and connected machines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified global digital product and experience strategy covering e‑commerce, mobile, POS, marketplaces, contact centres and connected devices.
• Lead a community of 90+ product managers, designers, researchers and content strategists, ensuring a human‑centred roadmap.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Retail, Technology, Engineering and business units to align priorities and translate strategy into agile delivery.
• Establish governance models that streamline decision‑making and reduce fragmentation across product domains.
• Monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention, conversion, adoption and operational efficiency, and act on insights.

Required profile

• 10+ years of digital leadership experience in consumer, luxury, retail or technology environments.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong ownership of enterprise‑scale digital product roadmaps and delivery.
• Ability to champion a customer‑centric, data‑driven approach.
