Health and Safety Analyst – Barcelona

About the role

Glovo is seeking a Health and Safety Analyst to join its People team at the Barcelona headquarters. You will ensure compliance with Spanish health and safety legislation, prevent work‑related accidents, and support a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and control all health and safety matters according to Spanish law.
• Design and implement technical and organisational measures to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.
• Conduct internal audits across workplaces and manage labour inspections.
• Investigate occupational accidents and manage the distribution of personal protective equipment.
• Create emergency plans, organise drills and deliver health‑and‑safety training.
• Coordinate health surveillance, business activities (CAE) and external providers.
• Collaborate with international teams on H&S topics when needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Labor Risk Prevention (Spanish regulation, three specialities).
• Previous experience handling health and safety responsibilities.
• Advanced skills in Office and Google Sheets.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing startup and work with all management levels.
• Organised, proactive, creative and hands‑on mindset.
