Healthcare Professional Relations Agent (Italian Speaker)

About the role

IQVIA is recruiting a Healthcare Professional Relations Agent with native-level Italian and proficient Spanish and English to join its Madrid CoE office. The role plays a key part in a multi-country, dynamic team, recruiting doctors and following up on their participation in market research studies.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation in market research studies by phone and email
• Assist with project set-ups and field analysis, and take action to invite and follow up HCPs so studies meet deadlines
• Increase doctor engagement, prepare sample lists and manage invitation templates
• Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies based on established standards
• Initiate follow-up calls with HCPs to achieve the highest response rate or obtain additional information
• Provide customer service to HCPs and run pilot projects and recruitments for qualitative studies
• Transition doctors to the official Incentive Program and support adaptation to local fiscal and legal regulations
• Investigate, resolve and process panel incentive issues within defined guidelines so compensation is received on time
• Work effectively with a multi-cultural, cross-functional team

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Native or bilingual level of Italian
• Very high level of Spanish and English
• Past customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in a multitask environment
