Hospital Sales Specialist, Biosimilars, Andalusia

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Hospital Sales Specialist to support the adoption of biosimilar products in Andalusia, within a rapidly growing pan-European team. Working autonomously in your territory, you will expand your partner's biosimilar portfolio and establish the biopharmaceutical client as a trusted partner in the biosimilars market, working with key hospital stakeholders and private clinics in areas such as nephrology, rare diseases, ophthalmology, oncology and rheumatology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive commercial activities within your territory
• Build trusted relationships with hospital pharmacists, pharmacy managers and clinical stakeholders
• Work with market access and medical colleagues so decision-makers have the information needed for prescribing and adoption
• Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, treatment patterns and prescribing criteria
• Support the client's positioning as a trusted partner in the biosimilars and biologics market
• Deliver sales targets and contribute to market share growth

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Public Health) or Business Administration, Health Economics, or equivalent
• Essential experience working with hospital pharmacists and pharmacy managers
• Prior expertise with biosimilars or biologics preferred; an existing network in ophthalmology or nephrology is highly desirable
• Strong background in hospital-level negotiations
• Fluency in Spanish is essential; English is useful but not required
• Valid driving licence
