Help Desk Agent – Switchboard for German Market Leasing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Agent to join our switchboard team supporting the German market leasing business. You will work in a fast‑paced customer service environment, assisting clients with product information, orders and troubleshooting while receiving comprehensive training in English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships across multiple communication channels.
• Process customer orders for products and literature accurately.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, advising the right product based on customer demand.
• Promote customer loyalty and identify gaps to improve the overall experience.
• Take ownership of issues, act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and provide updates on resolution progress.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a high‑quality, standards‑driven environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work with several tools and systems.
• Reliable, structured, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
