Helpdesk Specialist – French or German (Barcelona)

About the role
We are seeking a multilingual Helpdesk Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will provide technical assistance for multifunction printers and support customers in the UK market as well as a second market (German or French).
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line technical support via phone and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multifunction printers.
- Handle inquiries from the UK market and a German‑ or French‑speaking market.
- Document incidents and follow internal processes.
Required profile
- Valid Spanish NIE and social security number.
- Immediate availability and current residence in Barcelona.
- Fluent in German or French and excellent English.
- Willingness to work onsite with potential remote flexibility after review.

What we offer
- Permanent contract (39 h/week, split shift 10 am–7 pm).
- Annual gross salary of €19,623.91 plus a €160 monthly bonus.
