About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, a global leader in medical gases, is looking for a nurse to join its team in Castilla y León and provide quality home care. The role is centred on coordinating visits to patients and their families, educating them about prescribed therapy and following up on treatment.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage home visits with patients and their families.
Instruct and educate patients on the use of equipment and prescribed therapy.
Provide personalised attention to resolve questions and issues.
Follow up on therapy and coordinate with the hospital for an excellent service.

Required profile

Nursing degree (Grado en Enfermería).
Registered nurse (colegiado/a).
Category B driving licence.
