About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, a global leader in medical gases, is looking for a nurse to join its team in Castilla y León and provide quality home care. The role is centred on supporting patients and their families at home, coordinating visits and following up on prescribed therapy.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage home visits with patients and their families.
Instruct and educate patients on the use of equipment and prescribed therapy.
Provide personalised attention to resolve questions and issues.
Follow up on therapy and coordinate with the hospital for an excellent service.

Required profile

Nursing degree (Grado en Enfermería).
Registered nurse (colegiado/a).
Category B driving licence.
