Housekeeping Attendant – Santa Catalina Royal Hideaway Hotel

About the role

The Santa Catalina Royal Hideaway Hotel is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas. You will work as part of a professional team, following established procedures to maintain the high standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, equipment and supplies needed for each shift.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture, fixtures and amenities.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and other guest supplies.
• Inspect rooms for any defects and report them according to protocol.
• Assist guests during their stay, handling requests, complaints and lost‑and‑found items.
• Collect used linens and send them to laundry, restock cleaning carts and maintain orderly workspaces.

Required profile

• Secondary education (ESO) completed.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Interest in hospitality and strong customer orientation.
• Team‑player attitude, attention to detail, motivation and responsibility.
• Good organizational skills.
