HR Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an HR Analyst to be the primary HR point of contact for our Barcelona office. You will combine HR operations, recruitment and office management to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple profiles, from job posting to interview coordination.
• Prepare and review employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and Social Security registrations.
• Deliver the onboarding program for new hires in Barcelona.
• Serve as the first line of HR support for local employees, handling day-to-day queries.
• Monitor Spanish labor legislation and guarantee compliance across all people processes.
• Coordinate with external labor advisors or legal counsel on payroll and contract matters.
• Oversee office operational needs, including space management, vendor relationships and supplies.
• Propose and implement improvements to employee experience, culture, wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Good knowledge of Spanish labor law, contracts and Social Security procedures.
• Organised, proactive and strong communicator.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluent English for an international work environment.
