People Partner – Revenue

About the role

We are looking for a People Partner to join our fast‑growing Revenue team in Barcelona. In this senior HR business partnership role you will work closely with senior leaders to translate company priorities into people strategies that drive performance, engagement and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to co‑create people priorities aligned with business goals and Perk values.
• Design and implement core people processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent planning.
• Use people data, engagement results and performance metrics to diagnose challenges, recommend improvements and track progress.
• Co‑lead change‑management initiatives, ensuring clear communication, leader enablement and smooth implementation.
• Identify capability gaps and work with learning functions to develop and deliver targeted content.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner supporting Revenue functions in a fast‑moving tech environment.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and driving high‑performance culture.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, leadership development and change management.
• Comfort operating across regions and time zones, partnering with international teams.
