HR Business Partner – Fixed-Term (Barcelona)

About the role

NUXE, a leading French pharmacy skincare brand, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner on a fixed‑term basis to support its operations in Barcelona. You will work closely with the headquarters to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee talent management: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws.
• Promote a high‑performance culture, facilitate organisational change and innovation.
• Implement competitive compensation and benefits programmes in line with HQ guidance.
• Identify training needs and deliver development programmes that support sustainable growth.
• Analyse HR data to inform decisions and measure initiative effectiveness.
• Supervise payroll processing, timesheets and tax compliance.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts and coordinating HR projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably managing sales teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Problem‑solving mindset with practical decision‑making skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical cosmetics sector is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is an advantage.
• Based in Barcelona.
