HR Business Partner – HRBP

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Madrid. The role combines translating business needs into HR solutions and supporting the HRBP team on strategic and operational projects, offering a fast‑track learning environment in a global aerospace company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to deliver, manage and optimise HR services, advising managers on people‑related matters, policies, ethics, compliance and labour law.
• Drive execution of HR plans, analyse HR metrics and reports, and ensure consistent implementation of compensation, benefits, training and recruitment policies.
• Support employee development and manage performance and consequential actions when required.
• Collaborate with the HRBP team on division‑wide improvement initiatives, talent reviews, compensation campaigns and workforce planning.
• Participate in local union commissions and labour‑relations topics to build collective‑bargaining knowledge.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in HR generalist, recruitment or administration roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (negotiation level).
• Strong communication, customer‑service and interpersonal skills with a solution‑oriented attitude.
