HR Business Partner – Spain, Berlin or Moscow

About the role

MGI Tech is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support its growing European operations. The role will act as a trusted advisor to regional and functional leaders, helping to align HR strategy with business objectives while managing the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and provide actionable HR insights.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development, focusing on building strong internal pipelines.
• Co‑design and implement transparent incentive plans and drive performance‑management processes.
• Monitor people metrics, identify retention risks, and lead well‑being and cultural initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, handle employee relations issues, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, onboarding and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a European business environment.
• Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and regional employment practices.
• Experience in HR data analysis and delivering data‑driven insights.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or German or Russian; Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
