HR Generalist – Dynamic Hospitality Brand

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the Pacha Group, a globally recognised hospitality and entertainment brand. The role will support the HR team in delivering seamless employee experiences across onboarding, performance management, employee relations and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Support employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.
• Manage HR administrative tasks such as contracts, amendments, personnel files and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Help organise training events, track attendance and handle related documentation.
• Track key HR metrics and prepare basic reports as needed.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR department (scheduling, filing, internal requests).
