HR Generalist

About the role

Orisha is expanding rapidly and needs an HR Generalist to support its Pamplona office. You will work closely with the HR Manager in Barcelona and become the primary HR contact for the local team, handling the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, draft contracts, manage renewals, and process statutory sick‑leave and accident notifications.
• Gather payroll data, submit monthly variables to the external consultancy, and validate payslips for accuracy.
• Oversee time‑and‑attendance systems, manage schedules, holidays, leaves, and administer training programs to obtain FUNDAE tax‑credit bonuses.
• Support labor‑relations activities, liaise with the Works Council and unions, and ensure compliance with collective agreements.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries, benefits, health‑safety coordination, medical visits, and assist with Workday implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel administration, preferably in payroll consultancy, HR advisory, or outsourcing.
• Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, resilient and able to thrive in fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English for communication with international teams.
• Familiarity with HR management platforms and a strong desire to learn.
