HR Generalist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

This is a maternity cover contract based in our Málaga hub. You will take over the payroll and labour compliance function for Spain while the current HR Generalist is on leave.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll process, act as main contact for external payroll partner and ensure accurate, timely payments.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments and termination letters, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law and collective agreements.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, support annual salary and bonus reviews, and handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain HR data, prepare monthly/annual HR metrics reports and coordinate workflow automation with the Jira team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish labour law and payroll procedures.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at a professional level.

• Experience managing benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
