HR Internship

About the role

We are looking for a curious, motivated HR intern to support our team from November onwards. This part‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in Human Resources within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding and general employee lifecycle administration.
• Prepare HR presentations and documentation, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to employee engagement, training and satisfaction initiatives.
• Update HR sites and reports, helping improve processes and tools.
• Represent Zurich Duo at university fairs and campus events for employer branding and early talent attraction.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications and other teams to align HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Psychology, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources (e.g., talent acquisition, employee experience).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Available to work part‑time from November at the Barcelona office for a 6‑month internship.
• Motivated, independent and communicative attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
