HR Transformation Intern

About the role

Stryker, a leading medical technology company, is looking for an ambitious, curious and analytical intern to join its Southern Europe HR team in Alcobendas. The internship is hybrid or onsite and focuses on people, transformation and organizational projects. It suits students who want to see how people, business and transformation intersect.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic HR projects and transformation initiatives across Southern Europe.
• Help organize, coordinate and track key projects and action plans.
• Work with data and insights to support better business and people decisions.
• Explore innovative solutions, including AI and digital tools, to improve how HR creates value for the business.
• Support the redesign and simplification of HR processes to improve the employee and manager experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
• Eligible to complete an internship agreement with a Spanish university.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1 level or equivalent).
• Studying fields such as sociology, law, business administration, economics, political science, data and business analytics, engineering, or another degree combining analytical thinking with an interest in organizations, people and business.
