- Act as the main point of contact for guidance and support on health economic deliverables.
- Apply novel modelling methods such as surrogacy methods, survival and regression analyses.
- Extend HTA methods beyond market access to support wider cross-functional decisions (medical and commercial).
- Lead the development of HMS tools, guidance documents, internal initiatives and external publications.
- Support quality assurance of the team's work, projects led by external vendors, global standards, best practice and metrics, and manage vendor-led modelling projects.
- Build partnerships with cross-functional partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in economics, health economics, statistics/biostatistics, mathematics or an equivalent quantitative degree with a statistical component.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultancy or industry applying modelling expertise to support HTA submissions.
- Proven experience contributing to HTA submissions and answering questions in at least one HTA market.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Expert knowledge of economic modelling and budget impact analysis, including hands-on model development in Excel.
- Understanding of statistical principles used in HTA, including evidence synthesis, clinical trial analysis and analysis of large datasets.
- Desirable: experience with indirect treatment comparisons, R, SAS or similar software, knowledge of evolving global HTA methods, and experience using generative AI to support health economic models.
What we offer
- A role that directly influences HTA outcomes and patient access.
- A learning culture covering technical, business and leadership skills, with opportunities to shape methods and gain recognition.
- An inclusive, supportive team in a new, modern office in Barcelona.
