Human Resources Graduate Internship – Airbus Helicopters

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters’ Graduate Programme in Albacete as a Human Resources intern. Over 11 months you will combine a Master‑level training programme with hands‑on experience supporting the HR department, gaining insight into the aeronautical industry while completing your academic studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating, planning and deploying the training plan for the graduate programme.
• Support the management of internships and scholarships, including interview scheduling.
• Contribute to HR improvement projects and the preparation of presentations, indicators and reports.
• Maintain and update HR department databases.
• Provide administrative support such as filing documentation, handling calls and assisting employees.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations or Psychology.
• Proficient English (negotiation level).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in complex, international environments.
