Human Resources Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Gran Marbella Resort is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function of this luxury beachfront hotel. The role combines strategic partnership with operational execution to ensure legal compliance, talent development, and a service‑oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff for all hotel departments, conduct interviews and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate seasonal staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement employee experience initiatives, recognition programs, and team‑building activities.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Oversee training on hospitality standards, leadership development, performance reviews and career progression.
• Manage contracts, payroll coordination, scheduling policies and ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and monitor staff turnover, burnout and morale.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager, department heads and corporate HR.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality sector.
• University degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and complex labour relations.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong Spanish communication skills.
• High operational and strategic orientation.
