Human Resources Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day functioning of the HR department for the Iberia region of a global European fashion brand. Based in Barcelona, the role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance, and data integrity while collaborating closely with the wider HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee registration, contract issuance, and system onboarding, including DocuSign completion.
• Handle contractual changes, administrative requests, and the opening of new work centers.
• Monitor permanent‑discontinuous contracts, time‑constraints, reductions, and ensure full digitisation of personnel files.
• Provide labour‑relations support, answer legal queries, prepare documentation for leaves, dismissals, warnings, and assist with inspections and works‑council matters.
• Produce HR reports, support budgeting cycles, consolidate monthly dashboards, and calculate absenteeism for Iberia.
• Maintain salary grids, define salary offers, manage benefits programs, pension plans, insurance, and oversee bonus and commission calculations.
• Lead HR‑related projects such as policy updates, equality plan monitoring, job evaluation, and whistleblowing channel development.
