IAM Expert - User Lifecycle (Cybersecurity)

About the role

Holcim Group is looking for an IAM Expert in the User Lifecycle area within its Cybersecurity department. The role works with the team to provide reliable tools and processes for managing the employee user lifecycle across the group, supporting single sign-on, privileged access management and multi-factor authentication products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure incident SLA compliance for IAM services and keep the task backlog under control.
• Maintain and improve the Identity and Access Management solution, including connector configuration, custom rules, workflows and third-party integrations.
• Plan application on-boarding and integration, optimize automatic access rights, and perform entitlement analysis.
• Manage and improve single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and privileged access management solutions.
• Support dynamic infrastructure as code based on public cloud technologies.
• Keep the online knowledge base, documentation and intranets accurate and up to date.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders using IAM services and coordinate rollouts to other countries.
• Apply the group's minimum control standards for user lifecycle processes and assist internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of Java programming experience.
• At least 4 years in IAM workforce, architecting, implementing and maintaining IAM solutions, ideally with Sailpoint (Identity IQ or IdentityNow).
• Experience designing and implementing privileged access management solutions (e.g. CyberArk, Safeguard).
• Experience with third parties, including offshore and nearshore providers, and in multicultural, international teams.

Required skills

• Federation protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID) and single sign-on integrations.
• DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation and Elastic.
• Understanding of user lifecycle processes, standards and segregation of duties.
• English at an excellent level; Spanish, French, Arabic, German or other languages used in the group's countries are an advantage.
