IT Support

About the role

Shalion, a data and insights company serving global manufacturers and brands through digital shelf optimization, retail media and food service aggregators, is hiring an IT Support professional in its Barcelona office (Sarrià-Sant Gervasi). The role covers hardware and software support, asset inventory, network administration and IT policy, within a hybrid setup of four days in the office and one day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for equipment, meeting rooms and network hardware.
• Support Windows and macOS software (user support).
• Create and maintain an up-to-date inventory of company assets locally.
• Support Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and other company tools.
• Support ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance tasks, including security and personnel training.
• Manage IT equipment policies and general IT administration.
• Manage the office network, including configuration of the second line and the business line.
• Support and manage other office and business tools and software.
• Identify and propose ways to improve user experience and productivity.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft Admin Console and Google Workspace.
• Single sign-on integrations.
• Domain creation and management.
• Technical documentation in Notion wikis.
• English proficiency, as many colleagues are international.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Ideally: basic experience with cloud providers (AWS)
• Ideally: basic experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Permanent contract, salary from 25,000 to 27,000 EUR depending on experience.
