IAM IT Operations and Service Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters in Albacete, Spain, is looking for an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Service Line within the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department. The role combines two functions: acting as the IAM JML RUN operator, managing escalation, improvement, correction and incident (INC) activities around onboarding, internal moves and offboarding, and acting as an IAM IT operator covering support, automation, reporting and cyberIAM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalation, improvement, correction and incident activities for employee and subcontractor onboarding, internal moves and offboarding, coordinating with HR, users and managers and keeping users informed of security and compliance rules.
• Handle complex tickets in collaboration with the IAM Commercial and IAM Defense and Space teams, track requests, changes and incidents within lead times and document lessons learned.
• Monitor scheduled jobs on IAM platforms, notify and resolve incidents, and communicate product improvements, updates and obsolescence to local IT teams.
• Run ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration and event management, diagnose errors and escalate to technical teams and vendors when needed.
• Maintain scripts and automate tasks, run daily checks and troubleshooting, and monitor analytics dashboards and system logs and alerts for security incidents.

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as an IT operator; ideally experience in identity and access management in an industrial setting.
• Ideally knowledge of identity lifecycle, user provisioning, directory services, password management, SSO, audit and compliance, identity governance and role management.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization concepts (Active Directory, SSO, MFA, cybersecurity risks).
• Scripting with PowerShell and C#.
