IFS System Administrator (Master Data)

About the role

Henry Schein is looking for an IFS System Administrator to own the master data that underpins its IFS environment and ensure business processes are built on accurate, consistent and reliable data. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Spain, Italy, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden or the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain key IFS master data objects such as persons and resources, employees, technicians, warehouses, inventory locations and site structures.
• Ensure global consistency and accuracy of master data across IFS entities and maintain organisational structures (companies, sites, warehouses).
• Support the onboarding of new business units, sites and employees into IFS, and execute bulk uploads and data updates when required.
• Support troubleshooting of master data issues, work with functional teams on correct creation and use of master data, and identify and help resolve data quality issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of master data management and governance, and support global rollouts and onboarding of new business areas.

Required profile

• Experience with IFS Applications, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP master data concepts and experience managing organisational structures.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones, and clear written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: ERP administration or master data governance experience, SQL or reporting skills, and experience supporting global IFS rollouts.
