Implementation Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant you will co‑lead the successful rollout of Protime’s HRIS solutions for Dutch‑speaking Belgian customers, focusing on time registration and planning. You will analyse client requirements, configure and customise the software, and ensure a smooth transition to operational use.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and translate them into optimal HR software configurations.
• Configure and customise Protime’s HRIS platform to meet specific client requirements.
• Deliver system configuration, trainings, workshops and ongoing support to maximise client value.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of implementation projects.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with logical thinking and strong ownership.
• Proactive, flexible, collaborative and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience and balancing client needs with business priorities.
