Implementation Consultant

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant at Protime, you will join the Large Enterprises team to deliver successful HRIS projects for French‑speaking Belgian customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their time‑registration and planning needs and translate them into effective software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and design optimal configurations of Protime’s HR software.
• Configure and customise the solution to meet specific client needs.
• Deliver system configuration, trainings, workshops and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success and share best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking and strong ownership.
• Proactive, flexible, collaborative and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Passion for customer experience and ability to balance client needs with business priorities.
