Inbound Sales Executive (Madrid)

About the role

Lenus is seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Executive to join our Madrid office. You will be the primary point of contact for incoming leads, converting them into loyal clients for health and fitness coaches while contributing to a healthier world.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and close inbound leads on behalf of coaches, driving new client acquisition.
• Promote healthier lifestyles and support coaches in achieving their growth targets.
• Maintain an organized workflow, keeping a clear overview of calendar and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate proactively with coaches to align on shared goals and outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and confident in English, both spoken and written.
• Natural sales talent with experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or the fitness/sports/SaaS sector (preferred).
• Driven mindset with a strong hunger for results.
• Resilient and persistent, not discouraged by setbacks.
• Excellent self‑management and ability to structure the workday effectively.
• High energy and enthusiasm that inspires teammates.
