Indirect Procurement Manager – Spain

About the role

JD.com, a global technology‑driven e‑commerce and supply‑chain leader, is expanding its operations in Spain. The Indirect Procurement Manager will lead sourcing and procurement for logistics, facilities, IT, professional services and other indirect categories, ensuring cost efficiency and supplier excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with JD.com’s global standards while meeting local business needs.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, contracting and relationship management for logistics, facility management, IT, marketing and office services in Spain.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, operations and legal teams to drive seamless execution of sourcing projects.
• Conduct spend analysis, identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement best‑practice procurement processes.
• Monitor supplier compliance with ethical, sustainability and operational standards, and manage KPI performance.
• Partner with the global procurement team in China to share market insights and leverage global frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within e‑commerce, logistics or retail.
• Proven track record sourcing logistics and facility‑related categories in Spain or Southern Europe.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish procurement regulations, labor and facility compliance.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
