Information Security GRC Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security GRC Specialist to lead and enhance our cybersecurity governance across European teams. You will be responsible for developing KPIs, managing key security processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and tracking of cybersecurity governance KPIs.
• Implement and manage vulnerability and incident management processes.
• Follow up on security findings and drive timely remediation.
• Collaborate with European teams to meet application security requirements.
• Document and communicate governance processes and security policies.
• Participate in regular reviews and updates of security controls and standards.
• Assist regional ISO with compliance monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
• Identify security risks with cross‑functional teams and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and project‑management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
