InPark Growth & Analytics - Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

Based at Parques Reunidos' headquarters in Madrid, this is a temporary maternity leave cover. The role defines and drives the overarching InPark revenue growth strategy across F&B, Merchandising, Photo, Games and Other, with a strong focus on maximizing per capita spend and total revenue. It combines strategic leadership and operational oversight, shaping the InPark roadmap, setting financial targets and driving growth through data-driven decisions, partnerships and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall InPark commercial strategy across F&B, Merchandising, Photo and Games, aligned with company growth objectives.
• Drive per capita growth and total revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities and synergies across in-park revenue streams.
• Lead the design, launch and supervision of initiatives that improve monetization, guest journey and conversion.
• Own the end-to-end InPark budgeting process, including revenue targets, percap assumptions and strategic planning.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (percap, revenue, conversion) and turn insights into growth actions.
• Coordinate between parks, F&B, merchandising, operations and finance, and oversee external Photo & Games providers.
• Prioritize growth levers such as pricing, bundling, upselling, product innovation and digitalization, and run pilots and scale successful ones.
• Balance revenue growth with guest experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience managing P&L or revenue-based KPIs, preferably in percap-driven businesses.
• Experience working with or managing external partners or providers.
• Experience in leisure, retail, hospitality or similar consumer-driven industries is a strong plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
