Inside Account Executive – Dutch Speaking

About the role

HP is looking for an Inside Account Executive (iAE) in Sant Cugat del Valles who speaks fluent Dutch. The iAE owns the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts, develops relationships with acquisition opportunities, manages account strategies and works closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy and maintain comprehensive account plans.
• Expand share-of-wallet by developing and closing opportunities with new logos, retention and mid-sized accounts.
• Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
• Connect customer strategy, key initiatives and HP offerings to build outcome-based sales and a business case aligned to customer needs.
• Engage with executives, build strong customer relationships and manage pipeline growth and retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align resources with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; proven experience in sales, account management or a related role.
• Fluent Dutch and a good command of English.
• Experience with medium business accounts preferred.
• Experience leading account teams on local and global scales.
• Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and AI to improve sales performance.

Required skills

• Outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions.
• Digital and remote selling.
• P&L management knowledge and business acumen.
• Deep understanding of a modern IT (services) ecosystem and of HP's outcome-based sales offerings.
• Ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders and to close deals.
