Inside Sales Consultant Italy

About the role

HP is looking for several Inside Sales Consultants in Sant Cugat del Valles to support its business areas of Advanced AI & Edge Computing, Digital Services, Managed Print Services and Audio/Video Solutions. The consultant drives sales growth in a defined solution domain by partnering with Inside Account Executives and Presales, acting as a subject matter expert who builds customer relationships and positions HP solutions for the assigned End User segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run solution-specific sales strategies aligned with the account plan.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and key decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify and advance opportunities in existing and new accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for the assigned specialty area.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design customer solutions and present value propositions.
• Run customer workshops, demonstrations and business reviews, and lead specialist parts of complex sales cycles and negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology or a related field.
• Native fluency in Italian and a high command of English.
• Background in IT or a related technical field, through education and professional experience, highly valued.
• Experience in technology sales, inside sales, solution sales or business development.
• Experience managing opportunities and working in a matrix sales environment.
• Selling hardware, software, services or managed solutions is preferred.
