Intern - Service Analytics

About the role

GE HealthCare España is looking for an Intern - Service Analytics to support the service operations team in Spain. You will analyse data to identify trends, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction for healthcare equipment, gaining practical experience in a global healthcare technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse service data from field service reports, customer feedback and equipment performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports visualising KPIs related to service operations.
• Identify patterns, anomalies and improvement opportunities in service delivery processes.
• Assist in creating predictive models to forecast equipment failures or service needs.
• Work with service managers and engineers to turn business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects, and contribute to improving data collection and analysis methods.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field; final-year students eligible for a university internship agreement are considered.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare or service operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, Python and R.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
