Internal Control Testing Platform Intern

About the role

As a Zurich Internal Control Testing Platform Intern, you will support the operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Internal Control Testing technology ecosystem. You will act as a key point of contact for platform users across the organization, ensuring reporting solutions, platform functionality, and support processes operate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and improvement of the ZCTA‑IQ platform and related technology solutions.
• Act as first point of contact for platform support, handling ticket triage, issue resolution and coordination with development teams.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, drive platform adoption and monitor user satisfaction.
• Serve as functional SME, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting UAT and release activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business/Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, technology platforms and digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency with Excel.
