International Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive International Accounting Specialist to join MTS Globe’s Accounting team. The role blends solid accounting expertise with strong analytical abilities to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance across the Group’s international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record and analyse accounting transactions in line with applicable accounting standards and local regulations.
• Perform balance‑sheet and P&L reconciliations, clearing open items and identifying discrepancies.
• Execute intercompany reconciliations and resolve timing differences with Group entities.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
• Analyse general‑ledger accounts, flagging variances or anomalies.
• Assist audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting.
• Provide accounting support for assigned countries and entities, ensuring consistent bookkeeping.
• Participate in accounting process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee the accuracy of financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
