International Arbitration Partner (Madrid)

About the role

Join a leading international law firm as a Partner or Junior Partner in its growing International Arbitration practice in Madrid. You will work alongside seasoned practitioners on high‑value, cross‑border disputes for multinational corporates, investors and state‑related entities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex international commercial, investment, construction, infrastructure and energy arbitrations.
• Manage arbitration proceedings under ICC, ICSID, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules, including related court actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions and awards with a high degree of technical precision.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the arbitration practice.

Required profile

• Strong background in international arbitration with experience on complex cross‑border disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive practice development.
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
• International outlook and experience working with clients in various jurisdictions.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Qualified to practice law in any jurisdiction; Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
