International Assistant Account Manager

About the role

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals, connecting owners with customers worldwide. As an International Assistant Account Manager you will join the Supply crew in Barcelona, supporting boat owners and ensuring a smooth rental experience across our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with boat owners, ensuring their listings are up‑to‑date and attractive.
• Assist the Supply team in onboarding new vessels and handling owner inquiries.
• Coordinate rental logistics, from booking confirmation to post‑rental feedback.
• Monitor performance of listed boats and propose improvements to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player who thrives in a hybrid work setting.
