International HR Generalist

About the role

BESTSECRET is seeking an HR Operations expert to serve as the central point of contact for its international and German workforce. The role combines employee support, HR administration, and cross‑border compliance, offering broad exposure across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for international and German employees.
• Manage the full employee life‑cycle in the HRIS, ensuring accurate electronic people data.
• Handle contracting for several countries.
• Coordinate outsourced payroll, guaranteeing correct information and adherence to payroll cut‑off dates.
• Administer compensation, pay management, and benefits across different jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and P&O Partners on time management and Compensation & Benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of statutory HR requirements in multiple countries.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to take responsibility.
• Analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
