Internship - Bid Management Support

About the role

Drees & Sommer is looking for a motivated student to join its Bid Management team in Málaga. You will help prepare tender documents, gather information and keep everything well organised. The role suits someone who enjoys research, structure and working with different teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research information about tenders, customers and required documents
• Help collect, format and organise content for proposals and pre-qualification documents
• Keep folders, templates and project files up to date and well structured
• Follow up with team members, track deadlines and support meeting preparation

Required profile

• You must be a student and able to sign an agreement with your university
• You enjoy research and finding information, and are organised and reliable
• You can write and summarise clearly, and are curious and eager to learn quickly
• Proactive attitude with the ability to follow up independently
• Located in Málaga, Spain

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• B1-C1 level English
