Internship in Logistics Process Engineering – Flows and Automation

About the role

Renault España is looking for a student intern to join its Logistics Processes Engineering team in Palencia. You will work on real projects implementing new logistics solutions in assembly and bodyshop workshops, combining process optimisation, automation and new technologies such as AGVs and AMRs. The internship is paid and takes place in an innovative industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in key logistics transformation projects, including installing new logistics processes in production workshops
• Analyse and redesign material flows for new industrial projects, and help define logistics layouts
• Support the rollout of logistics solutions in a real setting and automate internal flows with AGVs and AMRs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics efficiency (cost, lead times, ergonomics)
• Follow logistics KPIs and analyse flow data
• Work with multidisciplinary teams (production, engineering, technology suppliers)

Required profile

• Student in an engineering degree (industrial, industrial organisation, logistics or similar)
• Interest in industrial logistics and process improvement
• Analytical ability, proactivity, curiosity and willingness to learn in an industrial environment
• Teamwork skills
