Internship Nutrition, Health Sciences & Food Research (Feb/Mar 2027)

About the role

Nestlé offers a 6-month internship in Barcelona starting in February/March 2027, covering nutrition, health sciences, food research, consumer understanding and scientific communication. Interns join specialized teams and work on projects in nutrition, clinical and scientific information, product evaluation, sensory research, data analysis and the preparation of technical or scientific materials. The internship is office-based, with a morning schedule from 9h to 16h including a 1-hour break.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and follow-up of projects
• Contribute to reviewing and organizing information, and prepare reports or presentations
• Work with digital tools to analyse and communicate results
• Depending on the final project, take part in sensory studies, scientific literature reviews, medical/scientific materials, internal trainings, project documentation and stakeholder collaboration

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree or master's programme throughout the 6 months; only university alumni are accepted
• Study in Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences or a related health/food science field
• Fluent English, spoken and written; fluent Spanish, spoken and written (Catalan is a plus)
• Analytical, organized and precise, with good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and autonomous, able to meet deadlines and give and receive feedback

Required skills

• Comfortable with digital tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of bibliographic databases, statistics or data analysis tools is valued
