IT Change Enablement Manager
Drees & Sommer SE · Málaga
Job description
About the role
Drees & Sommer is looking for an IT Change Enablement Manager (also called IT Change Manager) for its Enterprise Service Management team in Málaga. The role ensures that changes to IT services, systems and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware and controlled way, enabling change safely and efficiently rather than adding bureaucracy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Change Enablement process
- Support Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changes
- Review Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning and approvals
- Coordinate and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Maintain the Change Calendar and identify conflicts, dependencies and risks early
- Coordinate Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes, and work with IT teams to define Standard Changes
- Run Post Implementation Reviews and derive improvements from failed or problematic changes
- Analyse metrics and improve Change Reporting
- Support compliance with governance, ISO 27001 and audit requirements, and provide guidelines and templates
- Work with IT Operations, Service Owners, Incident Management, Configuration Management and Cyber Security
Required profile
- Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, IT Change Management or IT Process Management, ready to own a central ITSM process
- Good understanding of Change Management / Change Enablement and the links between Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration Management
- Ability to facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholders and communicate professionally across different interests
- Good German (written and spoken) and very good English (written and spoken)
Required skills
- ITIL certification is an advantage, as is experience with ISO 27001, ISMS, IT governance or audits
- Experience with an ITSM platform (Ivanti Neurons, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, Matrix42 or similar) is an advantage; understanding of ITSM processes is more important than a specific tool
What we offer
- Mobile working option to support work-life balance
- Individual training and further education at the Drees & Sommer Academy
- Sports bonus and optional private health insurance
- Tax benefits for commuting and meal costs, plus a referral programme and childcare tax benefits
