IT Junior Information Security Officer

About the role

Curapath is establishing its first internal IT function and needs a motivated junior professional to support its information security programme. Working closely with the CIO, you will gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft security tools and help shape the company’s security posture from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and monitor Microsoft Defender solutions.
• Track and follow up on security alerts, coordinating with the external monitoring partner.
• Assist in risk assessments and the rollout of security policies.
• Maintain security documentation, registers, and awareness materials.
• Support the implementation of good security practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in IT or information security.
• Basic understanding of information‑security concepts.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Entra ID) through study or work.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in cybersecurity.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with good written communication skills.
